QuestionIf my paper was rejected for plagiarism after I paid the processing charges, am I eligible for a refund?
Solution Short answer: No, you are not eligible for a refund.

Long answer: As the processing charges cover mainly the technical costs for processing your paper, and by signing the copyright form you assumed in writing you didn't sent the same (or very similar) paper to any other publications, the fee you paid was used already in order to prepare your paper for publication. It is only your fault you didn't withdrawn your submission if it was already published before we processed it.
