As we prepare issue 4/2024, during Weeks 47 to 49 the submission interface will be open, but new submissions and updates to previous submissions will be processed with low priority (with the exception of already reviewed or accepted papers). On Week 50 the normal activity will resume. The paper reviewing activity is continuous and does not interfere in any way with the administrative tasks.
